Sauda Khan

Hello everyone! My name is Sauda Khan and I am currently running as a candidate for Senate Chair. I believe that with time, I can bring change to Mt.Sac by bringing up issues that have been occupying a lot of our lives at school. As a minority from many communities, I see a lot of issues firsthand and so when I talk the talk, I will also walk the talk. This means that I understand many concerns that students have as I have been through some as well firsthand. An example of this, is the protection on students on campus from sexual harassment and assault. Sadly, I didn’t get my resolve when I was harassed on campus so, I will find a solution to keeping this from happening to my peers. It may take time, but I will help as much as I can!
